This Carving Set is the ultimate duo for dominating dinner parties. Our carving knife and fork are made from the finest materials, including a blade forged from 67 layers of Japanese Damascus steel. That all adds up to a harder blade (60 Rockwell Rating) for effortless slicing and improved edge retention. It also means better corrosion resistance and unmatched aesthetic appeal. The unique knife design also features a rounded point to avoid accidental stabbing of the meat, meaning the flavor-filled juices will stay in the food instead of running out onto the cutting board. The two-pronged, stainless steel fork holds the meat steady while you make perfect cut after perfect cut. Ergonomic pakkawood handles make serving a breeze.
